Group of mongooses at a waterhole, escorted by cattle egrets

The moment I saw this group of mongooses, they became my number one target. I was under the impression that they would be ferocious, and was very surprised when the egrets treated them in the same way as antelopes and elephants, standing around very close in order to see what tasty morsels they might steal from them.
